Hygiene
What measures are being taken for food preparation?
We always follow strict hygiene protocols when preparing food. Protocols and rules set by the Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN) are followed. When the KHN sets additional protocols, we will adjust our way of working accordingly.
Is contamination through suppliers possible?
The chance of infection through supplied goods or money is very slim. Employees who accept deliveries and money wash their hands every 15 minutes to take every precaution possible.
Do Inntel Hotels employees wear masks?
The Dutch government no longer oblige people to wear a face mask.
Changing or cancelling your reservations
What is a flexible rate at Inntel Hotels?
Are you planning to book an overnight stay, but are you having some insecurities with regards to the developments around the Corona virus? Choose a room with a flexible rate. This boking can be altered or cancelled till the day before arrival.
I booked through a booking site, can you change my reservation?
We can not make any changes or alterations in your booking, because it is handled by the organisation where you made the reservation. We kindly request you to contact the agency where you booked for information regarding your reservation or the cancellation policy.
When do we speak of a travel restriction?
When the ministry of foreign affairs issues a code red for a specific place or region, we speak of a travel restriction. When there is a person with corona in a city or country this doesn’t immediately result in a travel restriction. The government decides per city or region if travel restrictions are necessary to prevent further contamination. In The Netherland there are several measure taken by the government. You can find those under the heading “Regulations set by the government”.
Please visit the website of the RIVM for all the most recent updates regarding the COVID-19 situation in The Netherlands. For complete and current information of the precautions taken in the Netherlands be sure to visit the website of the national government.
